The National Development Agency, the implementing agency of the Government of Mongolia, and the concession holder NCF LLC signed a concession agreement. 4 road contractors worked on the project. Consultancy services for the daily supervision of the 59.6 km paved road construction project from the Shar Teeg intersection to the centre of Tsogttsetsii soum of the highway connecting the centre of Umnugovi province with the capital were provided in accordance with international standards and to improve the quality of the project. Conducted studies and prepared reports on the positive social and economic impact of the project.
